What is video monitoring

As a full service security company, we are able to offer our clients something unique and different. We are capable of watching your camera’s live for you. We have several options:

  • Remote view cameras can be installed (no worries if you already have cameras there is a really good chance we can use what you have already) with these cameras we can set up trigger points. Whenever someone crosses and activates one of those triggers it will automatically send a signal to our dispatch center and the camera will appear on the screen of our dispatcher. Dispatcher at that point can view the camera and determine if it is something that needs attention.

  • Dispatch Center - with our dispatch center we can determine if a triggered event requires any additional attention.

  • Patrol Dispatch - if you are set up for patrol response - once a triggered event has been viewed and determined to be something of importance our dispatch will notify a patrol officer to go investigate the situation. Once they arrive a determination will be made if police should be notified (unless dispatch determines prior to that police is needed.)

  • Patrol Officer - we have roving patrol officers - we can patrol through your parking lot /farm / warehouse etc… at least once an hour **unless required for immediate dispatch —— this helps cut down the potential for trouble. Often times just seeing a Marked Task Force Security vehicle or uniformed officer on property is enough to deter problems.

Patrol Officers

A patrol officer is an officer that roams from one location to another making routine checks around each property. We also offer onsite patrol officers, this is where an officer is assigned one location and does a continuous patrol of that location only

  • Patrol Dispatch - if you are set up for patrol response - once a triggered event has been viewed and determined to be something of importance our dispatch will notify a patrol office to go investigate the situation. Once they arrive a determination will be made if police should be notified (unless dispatch determines prior to that police is needed.)

  • Patrol Officer - we have roving patrol officers - have us patrol through your parking lot once an hour **unless required for immediate dispatch —— this helps cut down the potential for trouble. Just seeing you have a Task Force Security officer on property is generally enough to deter problems.

Accountability

Ever wonder to yourself how do I know if my property is really being patrolled as it is suppose to be? We have a solution for that. Our company uses a checks and balance system, which means we will assign your business QR codes and every time our officer is on your property they will have to get out of their vehicle and scan that QR code. This then registers with our software back at the office. Not only does this allow our dispatcher to keep up with where the officer is at, it also appears on a report your are provided daily or if you choose you can view real time also. Our officers will also make and report observations such as lights in the parking lot being out, broken windows, dangerous and potential accident hazards. All of this can be logged in our software, including pictures that are attached to your daily report. All this is at no additional charge just an added service we are willing to provide to increase our value for you.
